Squadron leader Promise Gbenekanu slumped in the cockpit and died while flying a Nigerian Air Force jet three weeks ago. He left behind a young wife and a baby. Freed Irish nanny Aisling Brady McCarthy, who spent more then two years in a US jail, is going home to start a new life, her family told Daily News. The charge that she murdered one-year-old baby Rehma Sabir was suddenly dropped yesterday, after medical experts dramatically changed their evidence. She had spent most of her prison time in Massachusetts’s notorious MCI Framingham with murderers, drug traffickers, armed robbers and child abusers.
