Radamel Falcao forces hairdresser to travel 200 miles for 'emergency' blowdry

Seems Cristiano Ronaldo isn't the most vain footballer on planet earth after all! Chelsea on-loan striker Radamel Falcao told a hairdresser also used by Cristiano Ronaldo to fly from Manchester to London, a 200 mile trip just to blow dry his hair.

The 30 year old Colombian striker's curly hair hasn't been seen by most football fans this season because of his constant struggle with injuries, but that didn't stop him from calling on popular Manchester based hairdryer Ed Mascarenhas to save him from a bad hair day.

Speaking about the last minute dash, the hair stylist revealed:
“I was more than happy to help Radamel out with his emergency. “He does love the Brazilian blow dry treatment that we offer. The treatment is revolutionary. “It smooths and sleeks the hair giving the client manageable hair that takes very little styling. It took around two hours to do but the results will last him a couple of months.”
Ed styled him last year for the big red carpet Player of the Year event at Man U, chopping off Falcao’s shoulder-length locks for the first time in nine years. The hairdresser was introduced to Falcao by fellow football star Cristiano Ronaldo, 31, who is also a big fan of Ed’s.
